In 1978, five friends named Lenny, Greg, Kurt, Rob, and Marcus win their junior high school basketball championship. They all stay close until their high school graduation where they got separated. They decide to reunite when they find out their junior high school basketball coach has passed away. They take their families to their coach's funeral, and Lenny rents a lake house for the family. While at the lake house, Lenny is upset that all the kids are inside. He decides that everyone should be playing outside. Later, everyone goes to a restaurant. While they are there, Lenny talks to his old nemesis, Dickie. Dickie is still upset at Lenny because Lenny had his foot out of bounds on a game winning shot. Dickie challenges Lenny to a rematch, but Lenny refuses because Dickie is out of shape. The five friends go to a water park, where one of their friends goes to the hospital because he swings down the swing with his feet. The friends ends the night by dancing with their spouses. The next day, Lenny and Dickie must settle their basketball disagreement once and for all.

My favorite scene was when Wiley went down the swing with his feet and couldn't get off.

What I liked most about the 5 main characters was their will to make their family have a great time at the lake house.
