Duke is the leader of the G.I. Joe unit. The G.I. Joe unit is framed for stealing nuclear weapons by Zartan. Most of the G.I. Joe unit is killed except for Roadblock, Flint and Lady Jaye. Meanwhile, Storm Shadow rescues Cobra Commander from a prison. Blind Master, The leader of the Arashikage Clan, sends for Storm's capture because he has to answer for the murder of someone. Storm Shadow is captures by Blind Master's men. Storm claims that the murder was committed by someone else. Later, Zartan invites all the world leaders to a place where he blackmails them. He tells them to submit to Cobra or he will destroy cities. Roadblock, Flint and Lady Jaye must stop Cobra.

What I liked about this story was that the G.I. Joe unit stopped the evil organization.

My favorite scene was when Storm betrayed Cobra because it was a big twist.
Opinion about the main character:
What I liked most about Storm was his will and skill to defeat the bad guys. His character was intriguing.
