Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Sorority Roy

Sorority Row is a remake of “The House on Sorority Row”. This story takes place in college where members of a sorority decide to prank one of the girls' boyfriend by faking her death, which turns out to be real, and the girls then try to stay alive as someone knows what they have done and wants to kill them too. Six sisters are part of a college sorority: Jessica, Megan, Cassidy, Ellie, Claire and Chugs. Having learned that her boyfriend Garrett is cheating on her, Megan, with the help of her sisters, decide to fake her death while making out with him; she plan on pretending to choke and die. Garrett thinks it is his fault that his girlfriend is dead and the girls are secretly satisfied that their prank worked. They tell Garrett that they must get rid of the body by dumping it at a steel mill. The girls giggle on their way to the mill and once there, they say they should dump Megan's body into the lake. Jessica mentions that it is important that there is no air in Megan's lungs, otherwise her body will come floating to the top. The girls pull aside to talk about the extent of their prank and when they aren't looking, Garrett takes a lug wrench and impales it into Megan's chest to dismember the body and Megan dies. They are all horrified and decide to warp Megan's body in Cassidy's jacket and dump it, along with the wrench, in the mineshaft and go on about their lives.

Eight months later, right before their graduation party, the sisters receive a picture of a hooded person who is holding the blooded wrench that was use to kill Megan. The girls shake this off and decide this is only a bad prank as no one know of the incident. Megan's sister Maggie also joins the party for her sister's memory. The girls go to the party except for Chugs who is at the apartment of her therapist, who she was sleeping with. The therapist is handcuffed to the bed and she goes to the bathroom to freshen up before meeting him. The hooded figure with the wrench kills the doctor and removes him from the bed. When Chugs comes back, she wonders where the doctor is and to wait for him, she decides to pour herself a drink. As she lay down on the sofa and takes a gulp, the killer forces the bottle down her throat and kills her.

Later on, Ellie is looking for beer in the basement and her flashlight stops working. She turns her phone on and sees Cassidy's blood-stained jacket and runs into Jessica's boyfriend Kyle who is also in the basement, then she runs upstairs to tell the girls of her discovery. A little while later, all girls receive another text message which is a video clip of the night of the murder where you can see the girls at the steel mill and Garrett killing Megan. The text also mentions the video will be sent to the cops 20 minutes later unless they meet up. The girls get in the car and drive to the steel mill and find Garrett who has blood on his hands. Believing Garrett is the hooded figure, they start arguing and sees he has been slashing his wrists with pieces of broken glass and he then attacks Cassidy with one of the pieces. Jessica runs him over with her car several times and kills him, then Cassidy sees Garrett's phone where you can see he has received the same text message as all of them. The girls go back to their party and as a lot of people left, Claire decides to go turn the bubble machine in the backyard off, taking a flare gun with her to protect herself in case the killer shows up. The other girls are in the house and see Claire knocking on the glass door asking them to open the door. Claire's foot gets caught up in the bubble machine and her body gets pulled backward into the bubbles, hence no one can see what is happening to her. Cassidy and Ellie open the door and Cassidy runs outside to find Claire but the flare gun that Claire had been holding goes off and kills Claire.

In the house, the remaining girls are looking for Jessica's boyfriend as he was seen next to the blood-stained jacket. After altercations with the hooded figure in the house and running away from it, the girls find Megan's decomposing corpse hanging in the shower. Kyle then attacks Jessica, knocking her out, and goes after Cassidy. Kyle is killed with a blow to the head by Cassidy's boyfriend, Andy, who just showed up to protect Cassidy. Jessica wakes up and Andy kills her too. Andy tells Cassidy he knew what the girls and Garrett had done all along and to not ruin their future together, he decided to kill everyone who knew of the murder. Andy tells Cassidy they now need to find Ellie to kill her and even though Cassidy does not want to kill her, she pretends she does and tells Andy Ellie is in the basement. Cassidy runs upstairs to get Ellie and they try to escape and run to the front door. Andy shows up and he tries to kill them and Cassidy who then hears Maggie's cries as she is stuck in flames that Kyle had started with a Molotov cocktail. Cassidy tries to rescue Maggie but Andy tries to stop her, then Ellie kills Andy with a gun and he falls into the flames. Fifteen months later, the house has been renovated and a man walks up holding a garden trowel, and the man has scars at his wrists: Garrett is still alive.
Best part of story, including ending: I liked the movie, entertaining and lots of suspense.

Best scene in story: When they brought Megan's body to the steel mill and they were all giggling, including Megan, thinking they were getting away with it. Until Garrett killed her and that is when I knew a crazy story would follow.

Opinion about the main character: This was a stupid prank that was likely to end in tragedy.
