Tobey's former rival, Dino Brewster, arrives at Tobey's auto repair shop. Dino wants Tobey and his crew to finish a project for him. The project is a Shelby Mustang. Dino wants to sell the Shelby Mustang and offers to give a percentage to Tobey and his crew if they help finish the project. Tobey accepts the offer to work on the Shelby Mustang for Dino.
When the car is finished, a woman named Julia makes an offer on it. She says that if the car can go over 230 mph, then she will pay $3 million for it. Tobey attempts to pass 230 mph and reaches 234 mph. The woman agrees to buy it for $2.7 million.
Dino offers a new deal to Tobey. Dino says that if Tobey can beat him in a car race, then Tobey can have the whole $2.7 million that Julia is going to pay for the car. If Tobey loses, then he gets nothing for the car.
During the race, Tobey's friend is killed by Dino. Dino disappears, and Tobey is sent to jail for his friend's death. Tobey is released from prison two years later. He sets out to avenge Dino for killing his friend and getting him sent to prison.
Everything that Dino has done wrong begins to unravel before him. Tobey and Dino end up in a head to head race. Tobey must take out Dino once and for all.

Best scene in story:
The best scene was the race between Tobey and Dino. This was a great scene because the race was very intense. It was a great head to head race.
Opinion about the main character:
What I liked most about Tobey was that he was a good car racer. His car racing skills actually helped him avenge his friends death.
