Detailed plot synopsis reviews of 3 Ninjas

Three brothers fight their father's criminal enemy by using the ninja skills their grandfather taught them. Rocky, Colt, and Tum Tum are brothers who are learning to become ninjas. Their grandfather Mori is a master, and each summer they spend it up in his cabin to train. Meanwhile, their father, Sam, an FBI agent is hot on the heels of catching a criminal mobster Snyder, who gets away after a failed bust.

Snyder, an old student of Mori's, pays his teacher a visit bringing his ninja soldiers. They threaten Mori, whose grandkids engage in a little stand off with the henchmen. Snyder tells Mori to put his son-in-law on a leash or else.

The boys go home, and Snyder wants to kidnap them. He asks his stooge Mr. Brown to take care of it. Brown calls on a bunch of punks to do the job, but they are bumbling potheads. Planning to abduct the boys in their house, the three kids booby trap their home, giving the three intruders a good beating and a side of LBM. The boys think they've won, only Rushmore, Snyder's strongman arrives and takes the boys back to their hideout by the docks.

The boys' parents find the kids missing and are left a note, Mori arrives and tells Sam that he'll take care of it. The boys are imprisoned in a holding area, but they trick one henchman to open the door. They then kick and punch their way out of there, ending up being cornered by many ninjas. They are able to beat many of them, but Rushmore shows up, and their kicks and blows have no effect on him. Mori arrives and reminds them a lesson he previously taught them using a dummy. The boys then strategically hit Rushmore on the side, in the groin, slowly disabling him until he is knocked out. Snyder arrives and challenges Mori to a fight. It's a good match, although Mori slows down and stumbles. The boys are heartbroken thinking their grandpa will lose, when he suddenly stuffs rocks (good luck charms given by the boys) into Snyder's mouth, distracting him, and Mori wins. FBI agents arrive, shooting Snyder on the arm, and the boys reunite with their parents.
Best part of story, including ending: I like the boys' relationship with their grandpa and how they want to learn about their Eastern roots.

Best scene in story: When they make fools out of the older punks at their house, one-upping them by using makeshift weapons out of powder and rope.

Opinion about the main character: Mori is loving and attentive to his grandkids, wanting to impart something the kids can use to defend themselves.
