The review of this Book prepared by Lucy Johnson

Chick Bowdrie is a hardened Texas Ranger. He rides where the trail takes him and where that one ends another will start. He's after dry-gulchers, horse thieves and cattler rustlers and nothing will stand in his way to bring them in. This book is a series of short episodes in Bowdries life as he gets himself in and out of scrapes. He's a lawman in the wildness of Old Texas but he rides with his own brand of justice.
