Fired on the first day of her new job in a strange city, Eve Meadows answers a classified ad for a model, although she is not overjoyed at the copy that reads, “Must be willing to pose nude.” Her job is to pose naked for university art students, one of whom, David Stone, asks her out. They hit it off on their date, and they enjoy more and more of each other‘s company, their romance progressing from mutual physical attraction and affection to passionate lovemaking. Eve is confident that David will ask her to marry him, but he leaves at the end of the semester, telling her that he has dropped out of school and joined the Army. She is crushed, but has no alternative but to return to the same job next semester. Despite her better judgment, she accepts a date from another male student, John Lloyd, who romances her in much the same manner as David had, with similar results. Eve continues to model nude for the university's art students, but swears off men. When another student, Jennifer Scott, asks her for a date, Eve is shocked but flattered. She surprises herself by accepting and, this time, she finds not only sexual fulfillment but true love.
