This present day book about witches and their hunt to undo a 300 hundred year curse is refreshing. Nell's struggle to regain herself image after an abusive marriage along with her development of new powers brings the story to life.

A very emotional book. Readers are sure to love it. A young lady runs from her husband because he abused her. She fakes her death and runs off to Massachussetes. She meets a young police officer who she falls in love with. She finds out she is a witch. Then her husband finds her, she must escape his wrath of anger, for he said if she ever left him, he would kill her. Now its up to love and the other three witches to help her find a way out.
