After declaring American citizenship, Mr. Holzhauer solidified his place in artistic value to his medium by displaying courage in the face of insurmountable odds. This was done by him exhibiting perseverance and a tenacious will to succeed through trial and much tribulation. The storyline illustrating this man's lifelong dream of being the best artist he could was exemplified in the manner in which he combined all of the aforementioned to become not only a model citizen, but one to be emmulated.
