Gallant Waif Book Summary and Study Guide

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Gallant Waif

1812, Kate Farleigh, kidnapped by Lady Cahill, to help her grandson overcome his injuries from the Pensinsular War, finds herself falling in love with Jack Carstairs. Jack wounded in body and spirit, can't keep from thinking about Kate; but feels he can't support her, since his father disinherited him. The author has written a story fresh with characters and plot, not stereotyped as many stories of this genre are. I will be looking forward to the author's next book!!
