Randy Redding, a wealthy business executive, starts a string of brothels that stretches across the Deep South. He imports the women as indentured servants. They can win their freedom in either of two ways. They can service 10,000 different clients (multiple sessions with the same customer do not count) or they can gather their own prostitutes and open a brothel of their own, in a sex-for-hire pyramid scheme, paying 25 percent of their gross income to him. When their employees have collectively serviced 100,000 clients (again, they must be different customers, not the same client whom they have serviced multiple times), they and their employees earn their freedom, retaining all the profits that their brothel earns thereafter.
