Her therapist is an old pervert named Doctor Shaw. Dr. Shaw says he will pretend to be Dolores's mommie and give birth to her. He forces her to get nude in a swimming pool while he watches, telling Dolores that the swimming pool is his v_gina and Dolores is swimming inside of it as she is being born. How perverted is that?
Shaw insists Dolores call him mommie and acts like her mother. They discuss Dottie munching on Dolores's v_gina. Dolores worries that makes her a lesbian but Dr. Shaw insists that having a woman lick your v_gina to orgasm does not make you a lesbian, heh heh. I guess that only makes you Hillary Clinton.
Dolores was sexually attracted to Dr. Shaw and used to rub her v_gina thinking about him. Rub rub rub! Ahhhhhh!

Dr. Shaw notices that Dolores is bleeding from her v_gina and tells her how great it is, and how they can talk about sex together. How sick and twisted is this?
Dolores reveals that Jack was boning her real Mom before Jack raped her. This is supposed to be a tremendous revelation, but I can't see why that matters, as Jack's rape of her was the big deal, not him boning her Mom.
Dolores drops to 138 pounds. She almost looks like a normal woman except for the rolls of skin from when she was fat.
After some years of therapy, Dolores decides to leave the insane asylum and stop seeing Dr. Shaw. Dr. Shaw is unhappy to hear this because he wants to talk more about sex with Dolores. But Dolores says she has found a better therapist--an astrologer! Dr. Shaw is appalled to hear this, but Dolores essentially tells him to go f himself and walks off.
She rents a room from an old guy named Chadley. Chadley tries to bone her but she wacks him with a spoon. Now that she is thin there is more competition for her v_gina.
Dolores tracks down Dante. She claims she is interested in him because he seems so sensitive from his letters, but she is really motivated by the photos of his naked p_nis. She does not reveal that she knows him from his correspondence with Kippy and that she tracked him down purposefully.
She quickly gets into his pants and lets him bone her. She lies and says she is on birth control.

Heh heh heh heh heh! This book has some very funny lines.
Later, Dolores felt her breasts. They felt sexy and painful. Dolores decided she was pregnant. She told Dante she was pregnant but didn't tell him that she had lied about taking birth control.
Dante wants her to get an abortion. Dolores wants to keep the baby, but because Dante doesn't want it, she goes to the local abortionist.
The abortionist asks Dolores if she is absolutely sure she wants to have her baby killed. Dolores says she is very much in love with her baby... and wants it sucked out immediately. Yes, that is what she says. Dolores even has named her baby, Vita Marie.
Dolores takes off her pants and spreads her legs while a vacuum cleaner hose is put into her v_gina. Then she watches while the bloody mess that is her loved one, Vita Marie, is sucked out of her vaj. When she gets home she gets a reward, licorice candy for killing her baby.
Later Dolores has second thoughts and wonders if she should have killed Vita Marie. She stopped having sex for a while with Dante because his p_nis reminded her of the vacuum hose that was shoved up her v_gina. Later, Dante finally boned her, but Dolores did not enjoy it, still grieving for the baby she carelessly created and thoughtlessly killed. At this point the reader's sympathy for Dolores is just about zero.
Dante plans a vacation without telling Dolores. He even gets her two weeks off from her job, without consulting her, and uses her money to buy a van, also without consulting her.
