The film looks at the psychological ways men behave as individuals (the private) and from the moral, social, and political perspectives (the public).
a. Guinness = obeying orders and conceiving of "honor" as more important than the larger issue of why the war is being fought.
b. Hayakawa = Guinness's counterpart. c. Holden = cynical, without values.
d. doctor = the larger viewpoint.

Does anyone know if there is a sound track CD of the whistleing in the movie? My bird has part of it down, but can't quite get the whole song down, Thanks
