Chris Heath Message Board

Becca posts on 3/20/2005 10:31:24 PM A friend gave me the book for my birthday (which is the day after Robbie's birthday!) because she knows how much I love Robbie and his music. Chris Heath's book is wonderfully written. As a student journalist I am impressed and appreciate the subject of the book even more. Every page was hilarious and interesting. I only hope that someday I can write so wonderfully about people. :)
Betsy Speer posts on 2/25/2005 4:37:35 AM I am trying to get in contact with Chris Heath to talk about a project. Would you be able to help??? Thank you, Betsy Speer

fallen madonna posts on 1/10/2005 9:55:14 AM i had no idea who robbie was until a friend brought his book. i mean I had heard of him but had no idea really. Chris's depiction was magical and mesmerising. Made me feel like I wanted to take Rob for a game of pool and watch soccer naked in front of the TV. He's lonely.
Jessica Hale posts on 1/7/2005 5:05:31 PM Just wanted to say what I'm sure everyone else will say once they have read this wonderful yet complicated insight into such a gifted and individual, (yet not all that different from the rest of us) human being. To read an OFFICIAL autobiography and to be part of the "Robbie Williams" lifestyle for those 422 pages was really magnificent. Instead of being a 'fan' (not a follower)...who just buys the music and yes enjoys it, for the duration of reading, it felt like being part of his life in a very intimate way. The book makes you want to do something...once you have put it down, it just maks you want to find out so much more as there are so many questions which stem from the paragraphs written which you want to ask more about. If I ever had the privalage of meeting Rob, (not by 'accidently' booking myself into the same hotel as him and hanging around in the lobby), I would love to have a chat about the stories mentioned in the book and talk more about them. Anyway, congratulations on capturing with such accuracy and precision the true life of one of our most celebrated songwriters...even if he doesn't think it himself! One more thing...on the back of the book, there is a quote from Rob which reads: 'The truth is in here...somewhere.' I couldn't quite find it but would love to keep looking...here's to the next book! All the best, Jessica Hale. p.s. Would be great to here your opinion, e-mail ad at top.
