Can anyone tell me what they call dress shirts with those pointy collars that the guys wear? Or where you can get them? Thanks.

when paul cicero (paul sorvino) is cutting the garlic w/ a razor paper thin, his fingernails seem to be manicured w/ a clear coat finish. was this done intentionally to show how pampered they were as wiseguys or an oversight by martin scorsese. i'm sure the camera zoomed in to show the manicure as well as the act of cutting garlic. am i right?
