Bobby Blades: Good review for Echo Park, but too bad you didn't fix your typos!

I recently read "Crime Beat" by Michael Connelly. It has interesting real crimes. Connelly also tells how he became a journalist, and he said his novels are largely based on real cases. Good book.

hi, just found this message board. looks like it doesn't get used much. is that good or bad? anyway, just found a newer book written by M.C. wanted to know if it was worth going back to the beginning and reading all of his books.

The Lincoln Lawyer was more than I anticipated from a new character. He is your average criminal attorney motivated by greed, public attention and keeping his ex-wives happy. Please keep him around for another go because he is human and knows his faults better than the average character. As one who has read all your books, I continue to be amazed at how fresh and new you seem to be each time. Keep it up Michael, you are great!

Perhaps my favorite scene came in the final few pages of LOST LIGHT: tough guy Harry Bosch's discovery that he had a daughter. What a touching end.
