I'm thrilled that two of my titles are circulating like gangbusters in over five thousand libraries. Excited that my titles 'Blue River' and the revised 2nd printing of 'The Paper Man' are coming out spring of 07. Thanks to my readers and librarians who support me.
Clint Eastwood has a copy of 'Ledges' and soon I will send him the screenplay, which is better than the book.

'Ledges' is a family in jeopardy/farm thriller. Two sibling teens uncover an incredible mystery in Ledges State Park that their strict, new step-dad does not want his new bride to find out about.

Dear Mr. Frederick,
I recently purchased your book, Ledges, and need a summary for cataloging purposes. Can you provide me with a short synopsis?
Just a thought, but you might want to consider putting a synopsis on the fly of your future novels. I think you would get more readers if you did. I watch the high schooler's in my library, & those books without some sort of info that gives them an idea of what the book is about get passed over.
I'll print out what you give me & glue to the inside of the back cover of this one.

Tyler, I'm not that excited to summarize my work, since I'm into a new book now. Whatever you got out of the story is all there is. What I know about it is that everyone is given a place in a family and it's up to all of us to live in a place right now. That is our job: to live in the moment because yesterday is already a lesson learned to help us move on. I hope you read my book 'Ledges' someday.

Hi Micheal Im a 9th greader from Minnesota and I read your book. I am supposed to do a report on it and I am having troubles narrowing it down to just the basic situation. I read the summary give, but could you add to that summary

Two familes, have given places in the family to their children. One is intentional; the other is just as difficult to overcome. Purple 8 is the key to ending these places given.
