I'm doing a research project on this lovely author I think she is absoulety great! I'm irish but have never been to Irelend. Her books talk of much romance which is something that everybody should and deserve to have in thier daily lifes. I've allways wanted to be a writier, but don't think i could ever actually do it, but im glad Nora actually did it and keeps doin it. I wish the best of luck to her and all her readers.

Dennie, NR's books set in Ireland -"Born In" Trilogy of Born in Fire, Ice and Shame. Could be I'm wrong but I think Jewels of Sun, Tears of Moon & Heart of Sea was set there too. I don't recall the setting of Enchanted, but I think it was in Ireland too. some great Irish-born characters like the MacGregors, O'Hurley's father and Roarke, in In Death series.

It is absolutely, definately never ever Sam-en. 'mh' in Irish is pronounced either 'v' or 'w' since those letters don't (or didn't used to) exist in the Irish alphabet. Depending on where the person is from it would be Sav-en or Sow-en. Northern people generally say 'w' more often.

Hi, I wondered if anyone else caught this. In the glossary in the back of the first book, the pronuniation for "Samhain" is "Sam-en" but I've always known it to be pronounced "Sow-en" Does anyone know where Nora might have gotten the pronunciation she put in the book. A couple of the others were a little different from what I've known, but just a bit, Samhain was way off. It was just suprising because she is usually so accurate with her research.

Ireland isn't a great place to set a romance - its too wet.

I can't remember all of them but there are 3 that i do remember. Angels Falls is one. She is also writing a new trilogy, and the first two books are out. Corrigan's Cross is the first and the Dance of the Gods is the second. I hope I was some help.
