My People I am a Ghost wandering around this earth, mainly the sea. For my deep love for sharks has lead me there and that is where I shall stay for eternity. Thank you for reading my books.

In his book, he said that only, and I mean ONLY males will appreciate sharks because of their ways of dinosaurs. Well I definitley oppose to that because I am a girl who happens to love sharks as much as males do.

Dear P. Benchley,
After reading Shark Trouble, I went to the library and found The Girl of the Sea of Cortez. It's a wonderful story and so pertinent; GOTSOC is my favorite of all your fiction. How does one go about getting a book back in print? It seems so ironic that there is so much lesser literature (trash actually)that is constantly reprinted. Yours is a book that should be on every young (and old)person's reading list. I thoroughly enjoyed Shark Trouble as well. Bless you for your unswerving dedication to the ocean and its inhabitants. The GWS is my favorite sea animal and one of the most poignant examples of true diversity and misunderstanding on our planet. I am an English teacher and would like to have GOTSOC in my classroom in sufficient numbers to make it MANTATORY:) Any suggestions?

I have a mint copy of the novel, Jaws hardcover. I was wondering if anyone knew on how I could get it signed from Peter Benchley? Any information would be great.

There was a young shark of the sea
Who saw, Peter Benchley was free.
So she smiled with her jaw
Like a circular saw,
And cut him out for her lover to be.
