BIG JAKE is a film directed by George Sherman in 1971.

The McCandles ranch is attacked by Richard Boone and his gang. The young Jake McCandles is kidnapped and a dozen cowboys working in the ranch murdered. As the kidnappers are asking for a ransom of 1 million dollars, Martha McCandles asks her former husband Big Jake McCandles to come back home and help her. Big Jake, accompanied by two of his sons, heads to Mexico in order to save his grandson.
