Actors: Deborah Kerr, Jean Simmons

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Black Narcissus

BLACK NARCISSUS was directed by english directors Michaël Powell and Emeric Pressburger in 1948. We are in the middle of the Himalaya mountains, in an ancient palast given to the Order of Mary by the Maharadjah of this region. Deborah Kerr does have the difficult task to command those nuns driven mad by the howling wind that never stops. A pure marvel.
