For strange beings known as the Strangers appear regularly to change people's memories, and use their ability to shape reality, called "Tuning." Rufus Sewell is a man without a memory, searching for meaning in a city where the malevolent Strangers control reality itself. Engrossing themes of identity and human nature, though special-effects-laden finale may prove unsatisfying.
