Police inspector Sullivan has to find a serial killer responsible for the killings of dozens of citizens in different health spas of the city. But someone else is also tracking the killer. Sullivan will eventually discover that aliens consider Earth to be a giant zoo and that one of these aliens is trying to stop an alien poacher from hunting humans for their skin.
