Kevin Franklin is a con man who owes money to the mob. They are chasing him in the airport one day and he gets mistaken for Derek Bond, an old friend of Gary Young. Kevin then impersonates Derek so he could stay in the safety of Gary's home. Kevin notices that the Young family has a lot of problems so he sets out to fix them.
