Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Planet 51

Aliens have a 1950's view of human culture because of the delay in receiving television signals from earth Dwayne Johnson plays the lead character of Chuck Baker. Chuck is an astronaut sent from earth who lands on Planet 51. The local populace sees him as an alien invader. General Grawl (played by Gary Oldman) asks Professor Kipple (played by John Cleese) to explain the alien presence. Chuck is befriended by Lem (played by Justin Long) who decides to hide him from the Planet 51 military. They go to a sci-fi movie about humans called “Humaniacs.” The General discovers them there and captures Chuck.

The General questions Chuck. Chuck answers all the questions but the General thinks he is hiding something, so he asks Professor Kipple to dissect his brain. Lem and is friends decide to rescue Chuck. They go to an unused filling station in the desert. When one of them tries to remove a bottle from the cooler, it opens the secret base of Area 9 where they find Chuck in the operating room with Prof. Kibble trying to remove his brain. They set Chuck free. Chuck gets back in his space ship and escapes. However, Chuck returns to the surface to show the General he came in peace thereby making first contact in a peaceful way.
Best part of story, including ending: This is a hilarious reversal of the alien invasion stories, in that the humans are the aliens doing the invading in this story.

Best scene in story: I like when Chuck goes to see the movie on the alien planet which is a monster movie about humans invading their planet because it is very funny to see the reversed position.

Opinion about the main character: Chuck is a hero. When he goes back to the surface of the alien planet after he escapes, proves this is who he really is. It is very admirable.
