Heather and her father Harry have been moving from town to town, the true reason, Heather doesn't really know. She is Sharon (from Silent Hill), the child trapped in the alternate dimension with her mother Rose, but managed to escape. Since then, she has no memory of her past, and her father has been keeping her safe from the dark cult the Order, who want her back. When her father is abducted by the Order, she must go to Silent Hill to save him. With the help of a boy Vincent, she returns. She takes with her half an amulet with immense power. Vincent is actually a member of the order and the son of its leader Claudia, but after a change of heart, he switches sides to help Heather. Because of this, he is considered a traitor and is captured by his mother. Beforehand, he tells Heather to look for his grandfather Leonard who is imprisoned, for he holds half of the amulet. Heather learns that there's a prophecy of a child being born to become the cult's "god," when Heather finds Leonard and she combines both halves of the medallion, Leonard turns into a monster but she kills him. The story climaxes at a fairground, where both Vincent and Harry are being held captive. Heather comes face to face with Alessa, her dark alter ego, but she triumphs. Claudia turns into a frightening monster, but another monster commanded by Heather appears, and the two fight, with the latter winning. Vincent and Harry are freed, but Harry refuses to leave the place since he wants to look for Rose. Vincent and Heather finally return to the real world.

Best part of story, including ending:
It has a valid plot line for a sequel, which is the rescue of Heather's dad. The addition of an enemy turned ally in Vincent was also a nice twist.
Best scene in story:
When Heather opens the box of Silent Hill stuff hidden by her father and she learns the truth.
Opinion about the main character:
Heather is bent on saving her father and knows that she must go through unspeakable evil to get him, which makes her awesome.
