Charles is a teenager who just moved to a new town, with his mother Mary. Charles is handsome, good in school, and seems like the typical boy-next-door. Only he's not. He's a sleepwalker, a cat-like creature with powers of illusion and telekinesis who feeds on virgins to survive. His mother is the same, and they're looking for their next victim. Charles gets the attention of Tanya, and he woos her to kill her. Tanya gets a close call when Charles attacks her at a cemetery, but Tanya retaliates by stabbing him in the eye. A policeman arrives, and Charles attacks him too. However, the cop's cat, which is the sleepwalker's weakness, attacks Charles, severely injuring him. Charles hides out at home, holding on to his life, while his mother looks for a way to feed. She goes on a rampage and hurts Tanya's parents and kills some policemen, she then brings Tanya back to Charles. As Charles tries to feed on her, she kills him by piercing his eyes. Outside, cats have gathered, attracted to the presence of the "enemy." The cats gang up and jump on Mary and she explodes in fire.

Best part of story, including ending:
As with any Stephen King movie, you have no idea how bizarre things are going to get.
Best scene in story:
When Charles' car morphs into another make and model to elude the cops.
Opinion about the main character:
I would assume that Charles and his mom have been killing girls for awhile, it's just funny that they messed up this time when Tanya seems like any other girl.
