This exciting psychological murder- mystery thriller takes place at a mental institution with an all star cast. Ingrid Bergman is a psychiatrist who falls in love with Dr. Edwards(played by Gregory Peck), unaware of the fact that he is mentally ill. Dr. Edwards happens to be an amnesiac and imposter, and after exhibiting strange behaviour, flees the institution. Bergman sets out to find Dr. Edwards and renew her love interest with him, and at the same time analyse his cause for amnesia. The plot takes a twist when the discovery of a murder causes an unsuspected doctor to be exposed. Keeps you "spellbound" to the end!
