In the near future the California coastline are devastated with earthquakes. The beaches are now ruled by violent gangs. The largest gang is the Surf Nazis, a group of 6 young adults who are Neo-Nazi white supremicists.

One day a young black man is killed after stopping a Nazi child from stealing a purse and defending his poor old mother from the insults of the Nazis. The man's mothers then goes on a quest to make sure the Surf Nazis die.
There is lots of gang fights, stabbings and a little gun fire.
