A guy is transplanted with animal parts which give him various abilities. Marvin is stuck with a police desk job and wants to be in on the real action as a real cop. However, since he is physically and mentally inferior, he is treated as the station clown. Everything changes, when after a car accident, he is rescued by a hermit scientist living in the woods who pieces him back together using animal parts which give him animal traits from a horse, dog, dolphin, goat, cheetah, among others, that give him super speed, highly refined senses of sight, smell, and hearing. His newfound abilities allow him to get on the police force, after he successfully aids in the capture of a drug mule.

However, as each day arrives, he soon learns that his animal instincts get the best of him. His animal libido forces him to hit on a sexy woman, and a farm goat. He also catches frisbees like a dog, chases criminals like a predator, and rescues a drowning boy by swimming like a dolphin.
Lately, animal attacks have been occurring around town, and since he usually wakes up in the strangest places without any recollection of the night before, he feels that he is the one at fault. As he investigates the attacks, he becomes romantically involved with an animal lover Rianna. After spending the night with Rianna, the police corner Marvin who then escapes into the woods. There he runs into the scientist again, who tells him that he wasn't the first person he experimented on. Turns out, Rianna is the one causing the attacks, but everything is solved when the public is presented another "culprit." Rianna and Marvin marry and have animal babies.
Best part of story, including ending:
It was such a moronic movie with such a silly plot, it also didn't help that it lacked Schneider's charm (unlike Deuce Bigalow).
Best scene in story:
When Marvin and Rianna's orangutan were sparring and beating the heck out of each other.
Opinion about the main character:
Marvin is so simple-minded and it doesn't suit him to have big dreams that he can't afford to carry out.
