Dr. Josef Mengele is just launching the operation that will bring back the nazis to power. From a sample of Hitler's blood, Mengele had created perfect clones of the nazi leader 15 years earlier. These 94 children have been adopted then by families in Europe and in America. Now, in the same way Hitler's father died when the young Adolf was 15, the fathers of these boys are being killed. Mengele sends killers to do the job.
Ezra Lieberman, an old nazi hunter, has just been told, by a young Jewish militant, that Mengele is preparing something. It won't be easy for Ezra to understand the motives of the nazi doctor until the day he meets two of the young clones. They are absolutely identical and bear a tremendous resemblance to the nazi dictator.
