Detailed plot synopsis reviews of The King of Masks

An aging street performer with the uncanny ability to change from one mask to another with the flick of a hand buys a "grandson" from the black market to train as an apprentice. But when the child reveals "he" is actually a girl disguised as a boy, The King of Masks' personal prejudices make him treat the child like a slave. Desperate to please her master, the girl rescues a boy from a gang of kidnappers and brings him to The King of Masks. When the police accuse The King of Masks of kidnapping the boy, however, the girl may be the only one able to clear her master's name.
