Richard Drew is a concert violinist living a humble life, sharing his time with few good friends, one of them particuarly with prankster Morris. One day Morris decided to play tricks on Drew, by rearranging his footwear where he can only find two mismatch colors. Evidently Drew could not help but wear one red shoe and another with a different color. While walking in the airport, Drew is spotted by unknown stranger named Brown who happens to see Drew's odd fashion sense. This signal a code to Brown as he believes that Richard is supsected as a spy for a CIA branch that is rival to Brown's.

From then on, CIA agents including an attractive woman named Maddy is order to keep a eye on Drew and to get under his skin any way she can in order to get information she needs to forward to Ross, a guy who is head of their CIA branch. Still Drew has no clue that he is in the middle of heaps of trouble that he has no part of. The other CIA agency has a top men named Cooper who believes Drew has evidence of a drug deal what could put Cooper in the slammer. Drew not using any common sense, does not realize henchmen from Cooper's branch is sent to kill him and he is involved in every unimaginable traps, yet luckily he avoids every single one of them.

Meanwhile, after spending time with Richard, the two mutually feels an undeniable attraction between each other. Maddy is not the only one is crazy in love with Richard, so is Morris' wife Paula. Morris constantly plays childish pranks with Richard and Paula only sees her husband as a immature and childish person that never grows up. Paula quickly set the moves on Richard and at same time Morris deeply believes his wife is cheating on him- but never with his best friend. There are so much problems Richard is facing personally and the danger that is unknown to him.
