Vann Siegert is a serial killer. Before murdering his victims, he uses to sympathize with them and listen to their complaints. Then he gently and painlessly kills them with a lethal poison mixed with amaretto. Now Vann has just rented a room at the Durwin's and found a job as a mailman in this little Pacific town. But despite of his precautions, the police has finally understood that there is a serial killer at large. It's already time for Vann to move to a quieter place.
