Dr. Garth is on trial for murder after putting to death his friend who was dying. In the trial, he reveals that he had been researching a cure for aging and how he was going to try and save his friend but it was too late. The judge sentences him to be hanged in three weeks. As he awaits death he is allowed to continue his experiments in his jail cell. He uses the blood of a recently executed prisoner and has success in curing aging. He tries to test the serum on himself before he is sent to be executed and the results are interesting.
