This comedy starts Jon Lovitz as Richard Clark a high school teacher in Los Angeles, California. Despite the fact the school is so bad it requires SWAT and the National guard as security, to the point they have parking spaces, he still has aspirations of improving the school. These attempts all take place in a very comedic way. Naturally they find a way do it - with the assistance of his girlfriend/ assistant Victoria Chappell (Tia Carrere) and actually turn the school around, exposing the corrupt principal in the process.
