A retired hitman gets back in the game when his old friend asks him to rescue his wife from the mob. Jimmy has been in hiding thanks to his dentist friend Oz who doctored his dental records to give him a new lease on life. Since then, Jimmy has been super domesticated, and not as edgy as before. His wife Jill is a frustrated hitwoman, and also Oz's old flame. Their marriage is a little rocky since Jill wants a baby and also a more exciting life for them. When Oz's wife Cynthia, also Jimmy's ex, gets kidnapped by Lazlo, an old nemesis of Jimmy's, Oz asks for Jimmy's help. Lazlo is out for revenge at Jimmy for killing his son. Jimmy comes out of retirement and kidnaps Lazlo's other son, however at a sneak attach at his house, he gets shot in the crossfire. Meanwhile, Jimmy and Oz harbor tensions since both are with each other's exes. When an assassin drugs both Oz and Jimmy, they are brought to Lazlo. Oz is informed that the whole plan was Jimmy and Cynthia's idea, in their quest to get half of a dollar bill that's with Lazlo. Jill then shows up and pretends to want to join Lazlo's mob. Lazlo asks her to shoot Jimmy, and she does. But it was all a prank, since Jill used blanks. Jimmy leaves Lazlo without killing him, and the two couples leave the scene. Jimmy gets half the dollar bill which apparently has a bank account no. written on it containing millions of dollars.
