First we see Kevin and Rene having a romantic day at home in bed. They have a lot of sex, then she gets out of bed and farts, ruining the mood.

Rene begins to annoy Kevin at breakfast so they have sex again to keep everyone happy.

Kevin drives Rene to the Zoo. She complains about him not letting her do what she wants and spend all of their money on clothes.

At the zoo Kevin goes to propose to Rene, but is distracted when a child falls into the crocodile enclosure.

Kevin jumps in after the child and rescues him, but gets his genitals bitten off in the process.

In the hospital emergency room Kevin is pushed around on a bed by rushing doctors who claim to have never seen anything like this. They agree to amputate his penis.

Theresa is a nurse who uses her incredibly large breasts, tight skirts and amazing figure to her advantage by making all of the patients around Kevin behave and listen to her.

Theresa is in a relationship with a doctor called Trent. She confides in a friend about the unusually large size of Trent's penis.

Rene comes to visit Kevin in hospital, learns of his missing penis (which he calls Harry) and calls off the engagement.

After he cries on her shoulder Theresa agrees to be Kevin's only nurse.

Kevin returns home to find Rene has been taking his pain killers and getting insanely drunk with other men.

Kevin discusses the idea of transplanting on a new penis but the doctors say it is unlikely to find a donor.

Kevin finds out that Rene is sleeping with every other man she can find so he moves in with he drug taking friend Rigger.

Theresa and Kevin talk about how he still loves Rene. Theresa grows jealous of his love for her and wants someone to love her that way.

Theresa and Trent break up. She wants a relationship that is more than just sex.

Theresa confesses her love to Kevin but he says he can't love her without a penis.

Rene crashes her car into Trent.

On his death bed Trent agrees to give his penis to Kevin in a transplant.

Rene visits Kevin in the hospital after his transplant. She sees his now massive penis and wants to start things up again, Kevin declines and says he's in love with Threresa.

Kevin and Theresa are together on their wedding night. The transplant was a success and Kevin is able to use his penis for the first time after the operation, but during sex Theresa calls out Trent's name.
Best part of story, including ending: I hated the ending, and the attempts at comedy. I found it completely devoid of humour.

Best scene in story: I think that the introduction to Theresa is a very well rounded character introduction.

Opinion about the main character: I dislike Kevins obsession with Rene.
