Corpse at the Haworth Tandoori Book Review Summary

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Corpse at the Haworth Tandoori

Robert Barnard gives us yet another of his exciting mysteries! In “The Corpse at the Haworth Tandoori,” a restaurant worker discovered a body in the boot of his car! Inspector Charlie Peace is called in and, with the help of his Detective Supt. Mike Oddie, begins to unravel a mystery that is more than food for thought! The body is identified as young Irishman Declan O'Hearn, who had accepted employed in a local “artists' colony.” With the usual Bernardian flair this story is an absorbing venture into deviate
personalities, criminal behavior, and a section of York society. Justice, as always in a Barnard book, triumphs in a story well told indeed!
