    James Tarver disease's had not only robbed him of his health but also the love of his family who grew increasingly weary of his bizarre behavior. Now alone, and urged by his loved ones to seek help. He starts a new therapy group with a well known psychiatrist in hopes of getting his life back together.

    The group consist of an person with HIV, conjoined twins, an extremely obese man, a native american, and James who suffers from cancer along with many mental problems, caused by his medications. They go on special trips to places like a children's hospital and a talk show in New York, all in hopes of making them cope better with their problems.
    Afterwards, James and fellow patient Didi, decide to chase after James's dream, his high school sweetheart Denise.
