Mental Distortions Book Summary and Study Guide

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Mental Distortions

John Pearson wanted to escape civilization for a few peaceful weeks of hiking in the remote land of Tibet. His vacation is disrupted when he catches Sherab, a severely beaten and starved Tibetan woman, attempting to rob him. In trying to help the mistreated woman, John unwittingly becomes a fugitive from justice. It is not until he discovers Sherab's terrible secret that John realizes how much danger they are now facing. The Chinese government's military forces will stop at nothing to silence Sherab, and prevent her from leaving occupied Tibet. Pursued relentlessly, John and Sherab desperately search for a way out of the country. Only one route remains open to them, but can they survive the forbidding Tibetan wilderness while staying ahead of their pursuers?
