NICKELS and DIMES is a series of short stories about Bo Nichols and Jimmy Dymes. They met at the Out Going Unit, Fort Dix, during W.W. II when Major Parker selected them for his M.P. unit. After the war they served as street cops in New York City where Bo's Daddy, Sgt. Bo Nichols also wore NYPD blue. They retired together to Cove County where Bo's Granddaddy, Big Bo Nichols once patrolled the rutted roads as sheriff. Bored with retirement, they established the Aegis Security Agency. That's when things got exciting!
