Bekasu Holofield promised her sister Justine they would vacation where ever she chose, and Bekasu grudgingly finds herself on the Earnhardt Tour. Justine and friend Cayle are NASCAR fanatics. Bekasu has no interest.
The Memorial tour is ten days of visiting the southern speedways, to visit various NASCAR sites and to lay a wreath at each raceway to honor the memory of Dale. Also to watch the races. Coming from diverse backgrounds, the only thing these tourists have in common, for the most part, is a love of racing and of Dale. As the bus travels along, these strangers learn to respect and care for one another. They care if Matthew finds a cure for his disease. Terence learns respect for the father he never knew. Will Sarah Nash reunite with her husband? Can love bring two very different people together?
