To his horror, Lee learns that the woman agent works for the A.I., and the A.I., named Bot, is also attempting to control his thought processes by a chip implant.

Lee must discover the location of Bot, before the world's databases are destroyed by viruses planted by the evil intelligence. Lee must overcome mind-altering forces and a Hong Kong criminal named Lung. Lee is helped by his father, who has taken form as a hologram, and by the woman agent, Claudia Mars, who agrees to turn against Bot, if Lee can find her kidnapped son, before Bot kills him.
