Sullivan - Rock Creek Six Book Summary and Study Guide

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Sullivan - Rock Creek Six

This is one of those books you fly through! Very enjoyable & easy to read. The female character goes to Texas to find her brother. Along the way she picks up two "stray" children and one man, who she comes across being badly beaten by a gang of men. After she nurses him back to health, she discovers he is going to the same small town she is & is one of her brothers friends. He decides to escort her there to pay her back for helping him out. Her brother and this man are part of a group of six men in Rock Creek who make their livings as hired guns, scouts, or whatever comes along. The rest of the book centers on her struggle to persuade her brother to let her stay in Rock Creek. She also has to convince the man she loves that what they have is more than physical and that he needs & deserves the love she feels for him.
