They fall in love, and a few times, they come very close to having sex. He finds out she's pregnant. He tries to help her with the baby, and falls even more in love with her. She wants to put it up for adotption, but he doesn't want her to. He wants to marry her, but she wants to wait.

The story is about a young girl who has sex for the first time. She then ends up pregnant. Her parents where not pleased with this. They sent her off to a place where girls went to hide there pregnancy, but little did they know she went else where. She got a job as a waitress. She ends up giving the baby to another family.
