Wait Till Helen Comes Book Review Summary

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Wait Till Helen Comes

Molly and Michael, like most kids, weren't thrilled when their mom remarried, especially due to their creepy new stepsister, Heather, who seems determined to blame small problems on them and start fights. Exacerbating the problem is the new family's move to an old house (a converted church) in the country. There, Heather's eccentricities grow worse. Molly and Michael's possessions are destroyed and Heather begins talking to an invisible friend named "Helen." After Michael and Molly do some research, they realize that this is no ordinary invisible friend--Helen is the ghost of a long-dead girl who once lived in the house. And she seems to want Heather to be her friend, forever and ever. Unfortunately, Molly's mom and Heather's dad don't believe the ghost bit. Molly and Michael must put aside their feelings about Heather in order to do what they know is right: save her from evil.

Yasmine on 11/8/2015 7:48:27 PM says: I liked how it really turned out in the end to be that everybody got along and heather got to keep the locket. I read the book to my friend and she cried at the end for no reason.

Former 7th Grader on 10/26/2015 11:31:40 AM says: I remember when I read this book, still remember the name....

I really do recommend this book - It would be great for a "ghost story" book.

Jessie Vozar on 9/20/2015 4:19:39 PM says: I thought that wait till Helen comes was a great book. I think it would be a perfect ghost story over the camp fire.
