Laura: Laura is a psychopath who likes to kill people. She works at a suicide hotline and secretly persuades people to kill themselves. She is crazy because her Dad made her help her kill her own sisters.
David/Olly: David, also called Olly, is a retard who Laura persuaded to kill his own Mom, Sylvia. Then Laura persuaded David to kill himself.
Tony: Tony is Laura's estranged husband. Tony and his kids moved away from Laura when he found out that she was a psychopathic bitch.
Ryan/Steven: Laura persuaded Ryan's wife, Charlotte, to jump off a cliff. Ryan wasn't happy about that, so under the name Steve, he tracked down Laura and tried to kill her.

Janine: Janine heads the help hotline where Laura works. She is boning Laura's estranged husband Tony. Is it just me, or does the word "Janine" remind you at all of the word "Asinine"? Just sayin'.
Johnny: Johnny is Ryan's brother, and looks a lot like him. He tells Ryan that he is crazy to go after Laura. After Ryan dies, Johnny goes after Laura and dies too.
Effie: Effie is one of Laura's daughters. Effie is a weird name, like a variant on the letter "f", as in short for "fuck". One wonders what was going through Laura's mind naming her daughter after a nickname for "fuck".
