what this about a new book called Gwenhwyfar. I've been waiting for the Winter King since the Raven Warrior was still in the new release section of the book shop. please enlighten me out of the loop.

Does anyone know why the name has changed and why we have to wait till the end of next year? Started reading the other two(the Dragon Queen and the Raven Warrior) again ready for The Winter King and now i have to wait another year.

I found out that the release date for I, Gwenhwyfar is supposed to be September 3, 2007 but I haven't found anything about The Winter King...

You actually don't have to read the other books before. I hadn't read them for a very long time before I read Dragon Queen. It really doesn't have much to do with the other series except that the character appears in both. There is mention of a warrior queen in the wolf series, something from his past, but she doesn't really go into it.

Do I need to read the wolf books before readin The Dragon Queen? I noted that it starts with Maeniel. Will I be lost if I don't start with the others? Thanks

I read about the War Song which occurs in The Raven Warrior, I have pondered about it and I'm not sure what it is? Does anybody know? I'm probably too tired and not thinking correctly, it's probably something very obvious! ^_^

Has anyone read these two books? I have read all of the Wolf books and am currently finishing The Raven Warrior. I was hoping to find something to hold me off until January's release of The Winter King.

I just want to state that the name of her 3rd book in the Gwenhwyfar series was to be named I, Gwenhwyfar, but to the best of my knowlege it is being called The Winter King and is said to come out in 2007

Hey Mandi, did I see that you had posted that there was a third book in this Guinevere series coming out soon?? Or at least going to be written? I haven't seen or heard anything up to this point and I just have been dying for some news about it. I love her work.

I was wondering if Alice Borchardt was going to write anymore books in the Silver Wolf series?? They are my favorite books and I would love to read more and fins our what happens to them after they leave Rome!!
