Carla posts on 1/15/2010 12:00:11 PM Which book of Amanda Quick's features a scene with the female character in a white gown, yellow gloves, and red plumes on her hat walking her matching chickens??
carol jean posts on 7/2/2009 4:27:35 PM Thanks penny.I'm checking on those books as we speak. Have a great day!
Penny posts on 7/1/2009 9:29:45 PM Amanda Quick has 2 new books out currently. The first being "The Third Cirle". It tells us about Thaddeus Ware on of the Jones cousins. The 2nd is "The Perfect Poison" and it is about Caleb Jones. I have not read it yet but I will in the next couple of weeks. I have read The Third Circle and it is very good.

carol jean posts on 7/1/2009 5:35:25 PM I am looking for the book about the life of Caleb Jones. His cousin Gabriel Jones story was SECOND SIGHT. Maybe there isn't such a book! I'd just like to know. Thanks
plnorth posts on 10/22/2006 5:22:49 PM I believe the 1st book was Shady Lady, then Don't Look Back and finally Late for the Wedding. I do wish Amanda Quick would create stories for some of her secondary characters. I am sure they have interesting lives also.
posts on 10/3/2006 1:34:43 PM You ladies are correct. They did have their own story. I know I've read it recently and remember thinking I knew that name. Now I'll have to investigate it (I read too many books to remember off hand). I promise to get back to you if I find it.
posts on 4/25/2006 11:03:56 PM Would love to read more about Tobias March and Lovina Lake. I believe there is also a story in Joan Dove and her Beau and also in Anthony and Emiline. I have read all the Amanda Quick books and am always waiting for the next book.
Renata posts on 10/29/2005 4:00:03 PM I come from Slovakia, and Ive read only few of Amanda Quick books, but it is always pleasure for me... great relax. I am very greatfull for her talent and imagination. Hopefully I get to read more...
jilly posts on 9/12/2005 6:47:25 PM I like most of Amanda Quick's books. Jayne Anne Krentz is pretty good--just different era. Sometimes after reading a few of Jayne Anne's books you can pretty much predict the flow of the book. I do think she is pretty funny with her characters. I like Julie Garwood alot!
fanatic posts on 5/26/2005 12:32:09 AM I have yet to find many things as relaxing after a hard day than to come home and slip into a great book. Reading has been a life long passion. I love the historical romances and pick up one of her books just about every chance I get to lay hands on one of them. Despite my love for her books under the name Amanda Quick I cannot say that the books under the name Jayne Ann Krentz hold any appeal to me. How does everyone else feel? My personal favorites are the books with Tobias and Lavinia.
